High Season availability
This package includes 2 individual, deeded “Platinum” weeks, which is high season at this resort – mid-December until late May.
The units are all 2 bedrooms each with their own TVs, 2 bathrooms with jacuzzi/whirlpool tubs, full kitchens and washer/dryers. The living room has a sofa bed and a large TV. Both bedrooms and the living room have adjacent outdoor patios. The full unit sleeps 8. The units are divisible into two separate units with separate entry doors. Each one sleeps 4. The large one-bedroom master suite has a king bed, a 2-room bathroom, kitchen and a living room with queen size sofa bed. The other unit is a ‘Studio unit’ that has a kitchenette, with a king size bed and a queen-size sofa bed.
All the buildings at Shadow Ridge are 3-stories with elevators so handicap is not an issue. The resort has 5 swimming pools with jacuzzi, a full 18-hole golf course, 2 fitness centers – one open 24 hours, 4 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, BBQs all over the place, indoor and outdoor pool tables, large rec rooms for kids, volleyball courts, miniature golf courses, horseshoe pits, and ping pong tables. There is also a convenience store.
Because of the separate entries to the “Master” unit or to the “Studio” unit, each 2 bedroom unit can be divided into two separate reservation confirmations, each sleeping 4 persons.
It is a short 10-minute drive to downtown Palm Desert with its chic shops, dozens of bars and restaurants – some with nighttime dancing, then a 25-minute drive down the famous Highway 111 to Palm Springs and then another 20 minutes to a casino located next door to a large outlet mall. A large grocery store is just minutes down the street from the resort.
